A detailed assessment of your child’s diet, growth and eating patterns to uncover what’s driving mealtime challenges.
Includes a full review of nutrient intake, mealtime habits and sensory factors, plus a clear step-by-step nutrition roadmap tailored to your child.1:1 Tailored Coaching Sessions (4 x 1 hour)
4 private sessions designed to help you apply strategies at home and build steady progress. All sessions are family-focused and parent-led. We don’t feed children directly in session, but instead review mealtime videos and use hands-on coaching to guide your next steps. Additional sessions can be added as needed.Child Observations (Initial & Follow-Up)
2 observation sessions - one early in the program and one near completion, where we review short mealtime videos from home to see how your child interacts with food in their real environment. This approach gives a more accurate picture than in-clinic feeding and helps refine strategies and measure progress.Collaborative Reports & Communication
Professional reports and communication with your child’s GP/Paediatrician, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist as needed. This keeps your child’s nutrition and feeding plan consistent across all professionals supporting them.On-Demand Tools & Resources
Families receive practical resources as needed ie. visual guides, meal templates or tracking tools - tailored to their child’s goals and progress. These are created or shared throughout the program to help you apply strategies easily at home and keep building confidence around food.‘Practitioner in Your Pocket’ Support
Direct Voxer access for questions, feedback and reassurance between sessions. Ongoing guidance means you’ll never feel stuck or alone in supporting your child’s eating journey!

Subah Arora – Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Food Science) & Master of Dietetics
Subah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who works with both children and adults to improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition care. She has a special focus on paediatric nutrition, neurodiversity, and chronic health conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, PCOS and fatty liver disease.
In her work with children, Subah supports autistic and ADHD families managing restricted eating, sensory sensitivities and mealtime anxiety. She combines responsive feeding approaches with clinical nutrition to help children eat better, feel safer around food and meet their growth and nutrient needs.
Subah has completed AEIOU Feeding Therapy training, which informs her nutrition-focused approach to understanding how sensory preferences, regulation, and routines affect a child’s eating and nutrient intake. She uses these insights to help families build safe, consistent mealtime patterns that support balanced nutrition, growth, and comfort with food.
She also collaborates closely with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and GPs or paediatricians to ensure nutrition care aligns with each child’s broader therapy and health goals. With a background in both clinical dietetics and yoga, Subah brings a calm, family-centred approach that helps parents feel supported and confident.
Her mission is to help every child and adult she works with build balanced nutrition, steady energy and a healthy relationship with food that lasts!

Yes. We look at all eating environments; home, school or daycare, and work to make nutrition and routines consistent across settings so your child feels safe with food wherever they eat.

While this program was designed for autistic and ADHD children, I also support children with restricted eating, food aversions, or feeding difficulties linked to anxiety, medical conditions, or sensory challenges. Every plan is tailored to the child’s unique nutrition and feeding needs.
