We provide nutrition support tailored for NDIS participants and Home Care Package recipients, whether it's children with autism and behavioural challenges, or adults living with intellectual disabilities or chronic health conditions. Our focus is on practical, one-on-one guidance that respects each person's goals, routines, and preferences. From managing medical needs to supporting everyday eating habits, we’re here to help people feel confident, nourished, and supported in daily life.

Preparing detailed reports for NDIS plan reviews and supporting ongoing care coordination

NDIS and home care sessions can be provided at your home. Telehealth and virtual sessions are also available.

Initial appointments go for 1 hour. Review sessions are between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your needs.
