Thank you for considering a referral to Aligned Life by Subah Arora. I work collaboratively with GPs, paediatricians and allied health professionals to provide practical, family-centred nutrition care for children and adults.

Following assessment, I provide timely written reports and ongoing communication where appropriate to support coordinated patient care.

I accept referrals for:

  • Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC)

  • Private patients

  • NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed)

  • Home Care Package (HCP)

  • DVA

  • TAC and WorkCover
